Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead QA automation and quality processes for desktop production tools used in the manufacturing flow.
  • •Manage up to 4 QA engineers end-to-end (hiring, onboarding, competency development, performance evaluation, 1-1s, feedback).
  • •Organize test automation in collaboration with SDET and developers following the testing pyramid principles.
  • •Coordinate QA activities across teams and collaborate with Project Manager and technical leads to ensure product quality.
  • •Contribute to QA standards improvement at the department level alongside other QA Leads and the Head of QA.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software testing experience and 1+ year managing QA teams.
  • •Strong technical background with experience testing desktop applications.
  • •Deep knowledge of REST APIs and how to test them, plus advanced MySQL skills.
  • •Experience with automated testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Experience building and improving QA processes in Agile environments, including coordinating cross-team test activities.
