Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide golf instruction to deliver fun, interactive, low-pressure learning and help students improve fundamentals.
  • •Schedule and execute guest lessons, including walking the tee line during peak times when not engaged in instruction.
  • •Utilize swing analysis technology (if available), learning theories, and teaching aids to enhance guest performance.
  • •Support the growth of golf services through marketing and community outreach, including events, explanations, and hosting lessons.
  • •Assist academy leadership with leagues and tournaments setup and hosting, and support summer camps and golf equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a PGA certified golf instructor and deliver a first-class teaching service to guests across a range of clientele.
  • •Provide individual and semi-private golf lessons and tailor instruction for juniors through avid golfers.
  • •Manage and maintain a coaching diary and schedule and execute guest lessons.
  • •Use available swing analysis technology, learning theories, and teaching aids to improve students’ performance.
  • •Support leagues, tournaments, and player development series, including execution of summer camps.
