•Achieve hardware and disposable team sales quotas for the ventilator division.
•Drive new business opportunities by building and maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline for the territory.
•Hire, educate, retain, and promote sales people; develop Territory Managers through coaching and reinforcement.
•Communicate, implement, and monitor the Ventilator Sales Team Strategic Plan, leading by example to motivate the team.
•Maintain organized account records and forecasting/reporting in Salesforce.com, including tracking demo/evaluation inventory and related expense/activity reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 263,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of related sales experience or ZOLL experience.
•Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products.
•Strategic, customer-oriented selling skills.
•Basic technical and clinical knowledge to speak competently about ZOLL products.
•Organizational/territory time management skills with intermediate computer skills.
