Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead projects, developing flavours in line with business need and in response to customer brief.
  • •Proactively work with new ingredients.
  • •Utilise Kerry technology to deliver unique solutions to project brief.
  • •Work closely with all EUM within Kerry.
  • •Participate in technical presentation to customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or relevant industry experience.
  • •Extensive experience in sweet flavour work on the bench.
  • •Good background in organic chemistry, food chemistry, flavour applications.
  • •Experience in powders, emulsions and liquid blending ideally.
  • •Strong maths skills for problem-solving calculations and troubleshooting abilities; able to work with cross-functional teams.
