Provide warm, welcoming guest reception at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout guests’ stays, handling inquiries and resolving issues via in-person, phone, and email. Manage accurate reservation processing, updates, and special requests using property management systems, and share personalized local recommendations to enhance each guest experience.
