Job Summary

Support digital operations and automation in a highly regulated aerospace environment. You’ll help digitise planning, scheduling, and execution using Microsoft 365 tools, Power Platform, and AI, ensuring traceability, compliance, and safety-critical standards while collaborating with engineering, maintenance and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the digitalisation and automation of technical planning, scheduling, and execution processes within a regulated aerospace context
•Design, build, and enhance workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps, ensuring solutions are structured, traceable, and audit-ready
•Leverage Microsoft Co-pilot and AI-enabled tools to improve operational visibility, reporting quality, and decision-making support
•Analyse operational and technical data to identify inefficiencies, risks, or improvement opportunities
•Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations stakeholders to translate real-world constraints into practical digital solutions

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Excel, SharePoint, Teams; Power BI is an advantage).
•Interest or foundational knowledge in automation, low-code platforms, and artificial intelligence.

•Comfortable operating in a technical, regulated, and safety-driven environment.
