Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assigned projects from planning and design through construction, completion, and handover.
  • •Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and delivery requirements.
  • •Coordinate activities across Design, Technical, Commercial, Procurement, Construction, HSE, and other project functions.
  • •Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators; manage risks, issues, delays, and dependencies.
  • •Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, HSE standards, quality requirements, and organizational policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
  • •Experience managing projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
  • •Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • •Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts, risk management, HSE, and quality requirements.
