Job Summary

Plan and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for board manufacturing operations, building project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources. Serve as the primary liaison to contract manufacturers and coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Track KPIs, identify risks and bottlenecks, and deliver status reports and data-driven recommendations. Maintain documentation and support schedule requirements across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain comprehensive NPI project plans for board manufacturing, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
•Serve as primary liaison to the Contract Manufacturing team and coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
•Track and report NPI program status, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
•Develop build plans and production schedules in collaboration with Business Unit planning and Contract Manufacturing planning teams.
•Create and maintain reports to track NPI progress and KPIs, analyze program data, and maintain documentation of activities and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

•Experience in program/project management, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or operations.
•Experience with NPI processes and board/electronics manufacturing preferred.
•Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.
•Data analysis and visualization skills.
