Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed reviews of legal agreement and underwriting approval documents to extract pricing/handling requirements and enable accurate deal set-up
  • •Complete initial funding day activities and process equity co-invest payments as part of the loan closing process
  • •Process loan modifications, including complex restructures, and handle loan assignments within loan syndication/co-lender fund movement
  • •Complete new deal set-up activities, including review/finalize/validate setup requirements ahead of scheduled funding to meet processing deadlines
  • •Perform KYC, AML, and Flood Insurance work per Ally CF policies, including review/sign-off sessions with Operations Servicing team members for go-forward accuracy
