Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and optimize cloud and data infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability using SRE principles.
  • •Implement monitoring, alerting, error budgets, and incident management; participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot incidents.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customers, development, product management, and security) to deliver secure, scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency via automation.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement through postmortem reviews and proactive performance optimization.
  • •Use programming skills to integrate software and systems engineering by building core data platform capabilities and automation aligned to enterprise needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related) with 5–8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, cloud operations, or a related role.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed), Docker, networking, and public cloud (preferably AWS).
  • •Strong Infrastructure as Code skills using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • •Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go) and strong Unix/Linux fundamentals.
