Key Responsibilities

  • •Define launch strategy and target segments for new partner launches and conversions, including multi-channel plans across PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, and organic.
  • •Own launch readiness and execution across all marketing surfaces, partnering with internal stakeholders to build launch dashboards, set goals, and monitor optimize early performance (0–60 days).
  • •Manage the launch workback schedule and execution plan end to end, including timelines, dependency tracking across teams, and resolving blockers.
  • •Brief and align lifecycle and other channel owners (email, push, SMS, affiliates, paid) with clear requirements for execution without ambiguity.
  • •Serve as primary marketing point of contact for new partners during the launch window, educating partners on co-branded card marketing and leading creative reviews and final signoff.
