Shape the commercial agenda behind iconic spirits by turning data-driven insights into profitable growth across Switzerland and Austria. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and senior leaders on customer negotiations, business cases, and profitability. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales, Marketing, and senior management to drive profitable growth through financial analysis and data-driven insights.
•Support annual customer negotiations by building business cases, customer profitability analyses, and negotiation scenarios.
•Lead the revenue growth management agenda across Switzerland and Austria, including pricing, promotions, trade investments, and portfolio optimisation.
•Develop KPI frameworks and evaluate commercial activities to maximise return on investment, strengthening revenue and margin performance.
•Lead and develop a team of three RGM & Commercial Finance professionals and collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, and Business Excellence teams.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling and/or Commercial Strategy.
•Several years (typically 4–7) of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, or FP&A/BP&A in large organisations, preferably FMCG.
•Strong commercial acumen with strategic agility; able to challenge the status quo and translate data-driven insights into clear recommendations.
•Excellent analytical and project management skills; able to navigate ambiguity and turn complex data into actionable decisions.
•Fluency in German and English; French is considered a strong advantage.
