  • •Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
  • •Become proficient in deepening consumer and small business customer relationships and delivering a memorable customer experience.

  • •Learn and apply the consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
