Food & Beverage Manager

Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, ensuring efficient service and outstanding guest experiences. Develop the Food & Beverage team, collaborate with kitchen for quality and presentation, manage rostering and service standards, and ensure RSA, hygiene, and workplace safety compliance. The role is on a full-time basis with evening shifts and weekend requirements.
