Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in project management or talent management, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • •Previous experience in Talent Management, HR Generalist, or within an HR Center of Excellence (COE)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • •Experience working with talent systems and HCM platforms
  • •Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder influence skills
