Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, map, and redesign global finance and controllership processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • •Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging technologies in AI, data, and process automation (including GenAI and process mining).
  • •Build business cases for adoption, including feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, and facilitate POCs/pilots to validate and scale solutions.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into automation and AI solution designs, using prompt libraries and prototypes.
  • •Create process maps, automation blueprints, and KPI frameworks; support governance, security, documentation, and enablement across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in process analysis, automation design, or digital transformation.
  • •Strong understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Copilot) and low-code ecosystems (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • •Knowledge of data structures, APIs, and prompt optimization techniques.
  • •Excellent English communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
