Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in digital engineering within infrastructure or water, including strong expertise in Civil 3D and/or Plant 3D and BIM

  • •A hands-on approach, with the ability to contribute directly to project delivery while coaching others
  • •Experience supporting or leading digital transformation initiatives within engineering environments
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at both project and leadership level
