Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct freight cost tendering and compare offers to select cost-efficient and reliable transport service providers.
  • •Analyze and improve existing dispatch/shipping processes in SAP to increase efficiency and reduce error sources.
  • •Handle national order processing and create all required shipping documents.
  • •Arrange needed loading space for land transport and manage transport planning with customer schedule coordination.
  • •Prepare and carry out transport tendering, including damage handling and processing in transport operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed vocational training as a shipping/logistics clerk (Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) or a comparable qualification.
  • •Professional experience in shipping/logistics.
  • •Strong knowledge of order, transport, and damage/claims handling in transport.
  • •Basic knowledge of shipping/transport law and interest in logistics process optimization.
  • •Good English skills; SAP knowledge is desirable.
