Key Responsibilities

•Conduct freight cost tendering and compare offers to select cost-efficient and reliable transport service providers.
•Analyze and improve existing dispatch/shipping processes in SAP to increase efficiency and reduce error sources.
•Handle national order processing and create all required shipping documents.
•Arrange needed loading space for land transport and manage transport planning with customer schedule coordination.
•Prepare and carry out transport tendering, including damage handling and processing in transport operations.

Key Requirements

•Completed vocational training as a shipping/logistics clerk (Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung) or a comparable qualification.
•Professional experience in shipping/logistics.
•Strong knowledge of order, transport, and damage/claims handling in transport.
•Basic knowledge of shipping/transport law and interest in logistics process optimization.
•Good English skills; SAP knowledge is desirable.
