Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support technical project delivery from design to closure for APM solutions implementation.
  • •Create/support design documents including FDS, DDS, test procedures, and training manuals.
  • •Lead customer meetings such as KOM, design workshops, trainings, and testing, while managing expectations and delivery timelines/budget.
  • •Track and manage project progress per schedule and report progress regularly to stakeholders; plan engineering activities and ensure progress.
  • •Design and build performance and analytical models for new equipment types and process scenarios, and lead monitoring post–go-live with customers for value capture.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years designing and implementing APM solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries.
  • •Strong understanding of unit operations and processes in chemical process industries.
  • •Ability to build equipment/process performance models using thermodynamics and first principles.
  • •Experience with APM modules such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • •Hands-on APM development/integration experience using tools and technologies including R or Python, SQL, OPC/OLEDB/ODBC, and web services; plus APM platforms such as Aspen M-Tell, GE Smart Signal, AVEVA APM, or SureSense.
