Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, including workforce reduction consultation meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and coordinate internal/external stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Payroll, Benefits) to ensure timely, compliant administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, able to lead difficult conversations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • •Advanced written and spoken English proficiency; additional languages and tertiary qualifications in HR/labour relations/employment law are a plus.
