  • •Represent supplier assurance as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories, supporting tier meetings, layered process assessments, and nonconforming material reviews
  • •Analyze supplied material non-conformance metrics and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers
  • •Investigate supplied material issues to ensure accurate defect documentation, robust root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective solutions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or related technical areas
  • •Experience using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) tools and processes
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
  • •Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
