•Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions to improve employee productivity.
•Serve as a senior technical expert for the ServiceNow platform by setting engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring teammates.
•Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
•Translate business needs into technical solutions with product managers and stakeholders and guide tradeoff decisions.
•Improve engineering practices through automation, testing, DevOps principles, and CI/CD within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Significant hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a senior or lead IC capacity.
•Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, administration, and core capabilities (ITSM, HRSD, Integration Hub, AI Agents).
•Deep JavaScript expertise, including Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer.
•Experience building scoped applications, automations with ATF, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
