Contracts & Procurement Lead

Lead end-to-end contracting and procurement activities that support project objectives and approved commercial frameworks. Own a portfolio of contracts and procurement packages across sourcing, tendering, award, administration, and close-out—preparing and managing contract documents, commercial terms, and purchase orders. Coordinate tendering activities from bidder engagement through evaluation and negotiation, implement supplier prequalification, and manage post-award performance, variations, claims, and commercial risk. Collaborate with project, technical, finance, and procurement stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and governance compliance.
