Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer workers’ compensation claims process with the workers’ compensation provider.
  • •Deliver industrial athletic and ergonomic training; coordinate EH&S committees and conduct EH&S training sessions for all employees.
  • •Manage employee health programs and health testing.
  • •Ensure EHS compliance with State and Federal regulations and procedures; support audits (internal and external) and close out findings.
  • •Maintain EH&S logs and monthly KPI reports (including energy, waste, and water data) and administer safety incident reporting; perform root cause analysis and JSA for EHS projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, or certifications in a related field of study.
  • •3–5 years of EHS experience.
  • •Certified in 1st Aid, CPR & AED.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Federal, State & Local Environmental Health & Safety/OSHA regulations.
  • •Ability to develop, implement, and measure safety training effectiveness and confidentiality regarding personnel records.
