Key Responsibilities

  • •Set annual and multi-year strategy, target sectors, and prospect lists to grow national corporate revenue.
  • •Lead identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and closing of new national corporate partnerships, managing a personal portfolio through move management.
  • •Serve as primary external representative to prospective corporate funders, including C-suite leaders, corporate foundation executives, and CSR/ESG heads.
  • •Oversee transition of newly closed partners to the Account Management sub-team and manage cross-functional enterprise development to deliver on partnership commitments.
  • •Manage and develop the Business Development sub-team, onboard/coach direct reports, and contribute to culture, Core Values leadership, and DEI.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 139,300 annually

  • •Expertise in corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and/or corporate partnerships.
  • •Proficient senior-level relationship management with C-suite and corporate foundation leaders.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication, including proposal writing, executive briefings, and pitch delivery.
