•Analyze customer CIAM requirements and design fit-for-purpose IAM solutions.
•Configure and deploy CIAM components on the platform for customers.
•Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure secure integration with apps/directories.
•Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues and provide remediation guidance.
•Create documentation and deliver training to customers on CIAM best practices.

Key Requirements

•Understand customer identity and access management (CIAM) needs and translate into practical IAM solutions.
•Configure and implement CIAM components within the OneWelcome platform.
•Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with applications and directories.
•Troubleshoot authentication/authorization issues and provide actionable guidance.
•Produce clear documentation and provide customer training as needed.
