Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full responsibility for developing and producing molds/tooling according to seasonal requirements.
  • •Coordinate during development with mold shops, suppliers, and factories to identify and resolve technical and manufacturing concerns.
  • •Review and modify 2D/3D design files in Rhinoceros to meet design specifications.
  • •Provide technical support and feasible suggestions to internal stakeholders, supporting innovative and practical solutions.
  • •Ensure tooling schedules align with mass production timing, and align tooling quality across relevant departments while reporting progress to your line manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mold Engineer.
  • •Strong knowledge of mold construction principles and footwear tooling technical skills.
  • •Proficiency in Rhinoceros (Rhino) for checking, editing, and modifying 2D & 3D files.
  • •Good command of English (written and spoken) plus familiarity with MS Office applications.
