Mortgage Cash Recon Researcher III

Complete complex mortgage and consumer cash research, adjustments, and account reconciliation under minimal supervision. Post payments and payoffs for mortgage, consumer, lease, and flexcard products; clear outages and balance GLs/DDA accounts. Perform quality control for offshore processes, handle exceptions from multiple payment channels, resolve payment errors, and coordinate with internal teams while notifying customers/correspondent banks. Follow risk policies, train staff, and recommend process improvements.
