Drive store sales by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and creating an exceptional, guest-focused shopping experience rooted in product education and community culture. Build daily client relationships, resolve customer needs, and stay aligned with store goals through reporting and action plans. Support front- and back-of-house execution, manage sales floor coverage, assist with shipments and replenishment, and uphold store procedures while maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
