Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and optimize Slack integrations, workflows, apps, and services as the primary owner/SME.
  • •Design and develop Google Workspace and Zoom solutions, connecting services via APIs and technical tooling.
  • •Build custom scripts or use low/no-code/third-party tools to move and manage data between collaboration platforms.
  • •Create bots, workflows, and automations leveraging AI models to enhance performance.
  • •Assess and ensure collaboration tools operate securely and at scale, supporting migrations from M&A and cross-functional enablement.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a corporate platform or collaboration services engineer role using cloud-first/SaaS collaboration solutions.
  • •5+ years as the “primary owner” of a core product such as Slack or Google Workspace, with technical depth.
  • •Hands-on coding experience with automation tools and APIs, including JSON, REST APIs, and Python (or similar).
  • •Demonstrated experience building and administering integrations (e.g., Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom) plus data migration and automation scripts.
  • •Understanding of AI models and tools, including examples of deployment and daily use, with strong ability to learn quickly and self-direct.
