Job Summary

Operate transfer and/or dump trucks safely and efficiently, including end dumps and belly dumps with pups and tarping systems. Deliver aggregates (including asphalt) to residential and commercial locations while following CRH safety policies. Maintain time and material records, follow verbal and written instructions, and communicate effectively via two-way radio to support customer delivery and internal asphalt paving needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently operate transfer and/or dump trucks (end dumps and/or belly dumps), including units with pups and tarping systems.
•Deliver aggregates, including asphalt, to residential and commercial locations in accordance with CRH safety policies.
•Maintain time and material records.
•Follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively via two-way radio.
•Perform maneuvers and backing with a pup trailer, including connecting and disconnecting the pup trailer.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required, with 1–2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
•Must possess a valid state CDL Class A with double/triple and air brake endorsements.
•Must possess a valid Medical Card as per DOT standard.
•Incident-free driving record preferred.
•Ability to communicate using two-way radio and follow verbal and written instructions.
