Job Summary

Help scale TikTok Shop’s U.S. Commerce by growing a book of enterprise partners and driving topline revenue. You’ll analyze global e-commerce trends and performance to identify growth opportunities, build and continuously optimize operating mechanisms, and lead initiatives across merchants, assortment, and content to improve GMV and supply quality. You’ll also strengthen industry operation capabilities to improve overall business management and results.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale a book of enterprise partners and drive topline revenue growth for TikTok’s U.S. Commerce business.
•Use data analysis, market research, and business insights to identify industry growth opportunities and issues and develop actionable operating strategies.
•Build and optimize operating mechanisms such as target cascading, process management, strategy tracking, resource allocation, and business reviews.
•Lead industry growth initiatives around merchants, assortment, and content to improve GMV, supply quality, and operational efficiency.
•Enable industry operation teams by improving merchant growth and assortment operations capabilities and improving overall business management and results.

Key Requirements

•3+ years’ experience in global e-commerce, business analysis, or industry/segment operations, with large internet platform or top consulting experience as a plus.
•Strong business acumen and deep understanding of global e-commerce to independently run business analysis, strategy design, and growth opportunity assessment.
•Ownership and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
•Ability to collaborate across teams to drive projects to execution and deliver impact.
•Quick learner with structured, original thinking, strong data sense, analytical skills, and judgment capability. (Preferred)
