Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • •Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and workshops to showcase fraud detection and prevention capabilities.
  • •Coordinate pre-sales activities, align delivery with customer objectives, and prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documentation.
  • •Design and refine solution implementation architecture and develop project documentation to ensure alignment with requirements.
  • •Support solution delivery by defining POC success criteria and assisting with installation, integration, deployment, testing, configuration, and ongoing technical support.
