Key Responsibilities

  • •Support training tasks at the Potsdam and Berlin sites, including administrative and operational support.
  • •Assist with recruiting activities by organizing information events and supporting applicant management and onboarding of future STAR students.
  • •Support marketing activities, including social media overview, preparing and organizing events, and following up on them.
  • •Contribute to innovation by supporting process automation and creating templates for standardized training processes.
  • •Collaborate with and learn from STAR students, and potentially get involved in additional projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences for at least another 6 months (preferably longer).
  • •Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a general interest in IT topics.
  • •Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • •Strong team orientation and communication skills, with strong organizational skills.
  • •Flexibility and discretion in handling administrative and operational tasks.
