Build strong client relationships by engaging customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess banking needs, gather and process account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to customer goals. Provide an excellent client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and proactively promoting digital and self-service tools.
