Job Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations for Sephora clients, educating and empowering them on their beauty journey. Stay current on beauty trends to deliver relevant advice, drive sales to exceed goals and KPIs, and help maintain a clean, welcoming store environment. You’ll also support inventory and merchandising while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and following Sephora Canada standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet clients’ needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
•Stay ahead of beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant recommendations.
•Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 17 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and keeping up with trends.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
