Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engineering design and delivery of technology solutions aligned to business strategy, architecture standards, and engineering principles.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery oversight, including scope, plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID management, and release readiness.
  • •Drive engineering excellence across SDLC, coding standards, test strategy, automation, CI/CD, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, resilience).
  • •Streamline and standardise the Investment & Managed Solutions FSA to improve governance, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • •Ensure solutions meet regulatory expectations, risk policies, operational resilience requirements, and audit/documentation standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong English communication skills to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • •Proven experience leading engineering delivery in complex environments with multiple teams and dependencies.
  • •Domain knowledge in investment products, including funds, discretionary/managed portfolios, alternatives, and related services.
  • •Experience delivering with Agile (SAFe) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, release discipline).
  • •Experience using delivery and engineering tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
