Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of manufacturing-friendly photolithography processes for next-generation memory technologies using 365nm, 248nm, and 193nm immersion lithography.
  • •Collaborate with equipment and material suppliers to identify and implement solutions to complex process challenges.
  • •Develop new design, layout, and lithography methodologies to enable future memory device architectures.
  • •Use data analytics and machine learning to identify root causes, optimize process performance, and improve yield.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of photolithography industry experience.
  • •Understanding of optics including immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low-k1 imaging.
  • •Knowledge of lithography materials, chemistry, and processes for 365nm, 248nm, and 193nm lithography technologies.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
