Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver a comprehensive professional development strategy across teachers, mentors, and principals.
  • •Strengthen classroom teaching and students’ conceptual understanding of Physics, and drive adoption of Khanmigo features and lesson tools.
  • •Guide teachers to use Khanmigo and digital resources to develop pedagogical explanations and analyze concept-specific misconceptions.
  • •Monitor student practice and assessment data to identify learning gaps and support targeted instructional interventions.
  • •Conduct 4–6 field visits per month to observe mentor teacher classrooms, provide feedback, and analyze adoption data to resolve field-level challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience, including 3+ years working as a Physics teacher, ideally for Grades 11 and 12.
  • •Strong academic mastery of Grade 11 & 12 Physics and the ability to translate knowledge into actionable classroom teaching strategies.
  • •Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
  • •Comfort with or curiosity about education technology and AI tools; prior experience using digital platforms for teaching or teacher training is an advantage.
  • •Willingness to travel across the state for training or school visits, up to 50% of the time each month.
