Job Summary

Drive end-to-end, customer-facing delivery of agentic AI solutions—translating complex enterprise needs into deployments that go live and generate measurable value. Define and architect the customer’s agentic AI strategy and roadmap across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, lead design workshops, and manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers while owning adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle (Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume) and own outcomes at each stage.
•Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, including leading design workshops and agent design sessions.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting end-to-end.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and synthesize field insights into product feedback.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
