Lead project controls for a portfolio of oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi, overseeing cost, schedule, risk, reporting, and governance to ensure timely delivery for ADNOC Gas. Collaborate with IPMT, engineering, construction, and procurement teams to maintain integrated planning and cost control across large-scale initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish, implement and ensure compliance with procedures and processes for Project Services & Controls
•Lead the IPMT Business Team and direct all project activities related to the annual Business Plan and budget
•Direct management of project reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) and presentations
•Monitor and coordinate cost and schedule reporting, including interaction with ADNOC Reviews and Independent Project Reviews
•Oversee cost/schedule interfaces with EPC contractors and ensure alignment with company guidelines and contract requirements

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent; Master’s degree in management or equivalent
•Minimum 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector, including Project Controls Management experience on large projects

•Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards; ability to manage interfaces with contractors and suppliers
