Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT support (hardware, software, access, troubleshooting) with fast resolution.
  • •Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding.
  • •Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools) with access onboarding and offboarding.
  • •Manage NYC office IT infrastructure including networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
  • •Build and document IT processes/runbooks and help scale self-service resources; lead IT onboarding for new hires.
