Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and implement the internal Cybersecurity Risk Management and Automation tooling, bridging the Cybersecurity Risk organization with Engineering teams.
  • •Define system architectures, data models, and APIs to support risk data analysis and automated risk workflows.
  • •Lead the end-to-end SDLC governance, including creating and maintaining SRS, project plans, and product backlogs to ensure architectural alignment.
  • •Establish and enforce QA standards, test plans, and automated build processes for reliability and security of risk platforms.
  • •Mentor junior engineers and influence stakeholders on best practices for data-driven risk modeling and automation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,800 - 277,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience building custom GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
  • •Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with Git, API design, and ability to build complex PoCs for risk models.
  • •End-to-end SDLC governance with creation and oversight of SRS documents, project plans, and product backlogs.
  • •Ability to define system architectures, data models (ERDs), and API specifications with QA through formal test plans and automated build scripts.
  • •Experience leading technical roadmaps for software engineering teams or data scientists without direct reporting authority.
