Job Summary

Develop, coordinate, and manage the delivery of cleaning services to meet contract deliverables and schedules. Oversee subcontractor performance, monitor staffing levels, ensure SLAs are met, and conduct self/joint audits to address service shortfalls. Support compliance with codes of conduct, relevant policies, and international best practices, while leading health & safety inspections, risk assessments, documentation, and escalation of issues in the department.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, coordinate, and manage delivery of cleaning services in line with contract deliverables and delivery schedules.
•Monitor third-party service provider staffing levels and ensure subcontractors comply with policies, procedures, and the code of conduct.
•Conduct self and joint audits with service provider representatives and take corrective action for shortfalls in standards.
•Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain record keeping and documentation, and escalate ongoing issues to the Soft Services Manager when needed.
•Conduct regular Health & Safety inspections, ensure implementation of Health & Safety policies, and perform risk assessments and safe work instructions as required.

Key Requirements

•3+ years minimum experience in a similar role.
•5+ years minimum experience within a soft services department in a facilities management environment.
•High School Diploma.
•Preferably with BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) or equivalent.
•IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel; clear English communication (verbal and written).
