Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently develop, analyze, and complete varying proposal types, including complex, high-importance proposals.
  • •Lead or contribute to development of pricing strategies, including customer considerations, affordability initiatives, program financial objectives, and risks/opportunities.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to understand and evaluate labor, material, and other direct costs for proposed contracts.
  • •Develop detailed Requests for Estimates and Bases of Estimates, track progress, validate and analyze actuals, and ensure consistency across programs.
  • •Ensure full FAR compliance on all proposals; prepare and present proposal materials such as Gate 4 charts and provide compliance guidance for complex situations.
