  • •Deliver projects to agreed performance metrics and ensure seamless integration of the autonomous system into the mine’s production cycle.
  • •Manage the local field team, including permitting, scheduling, safety compliance, and overall work performance.
  • •Manage customer deliverables including resource commitments, machine availability, and site/route/equipment readiness.
  • •Act as primary point of contact between customer sites and Pronto HQ, providing progress reports and escalating blockers.
  • •Lead customer training programs and manage formal handover of the system to the mine’s operations team.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of direct mining experience and deep comfort working in mine site environments, including production and safety nuances.
  • •5–10 years in a leadership role such as Site Superintendent, Maintenance Manager, or Fleet Manager.
  • •Proven experience participating in technology rollouts, including autonomy, remote operations, telematics, or machine control systems.
  • •A University Degree in Mining Engineering is required.
  • •Strong ability to command respect on-site and influence customer decision-making to ensure site readiness.
