Drive TikTok Shop growth by onboarding, educating, and supporting ecommerce and digital marketing agencies across creative, social, production, logistics, and influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities

•Build relationships and pursue partnership opportunities with ecommerce and digital marketing agencies across core functions (creative, social, production, logistics, influencer marketing).
•Own client relationships for assigned agencies as the primary liaison and TikTok advocate.
•Support agencies through onboarding and incubation, including identifying opportunities and providing training and consultation.
•Drive TSP GMV performance and growth by educating agencies on TikTok Shop best practices and analyzing traffic and sales data.
•Develop new agencies in the TTS ecosystem into successful TSP agencies and prioritize solutions based on pain points and business requirements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in ecommerce, project management, consultancy, or operations.
•Strategic mindset with curiosity about TikTok Shop’s inner workings.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
•Data-driven analytical approach, proficient with at least one data visualization/analysis tool.
•Excellent German and English communication skills, verbal and written.
