Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to keep machinery operating safely and efficiently, including conveyor systems, hydraulic sorting equipment, motors, electrical systems, and facility equipment.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
  • •Complete daily maintenance and repair documentation and logs.
  • •Perform duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and company safety policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain safe, efficient operation of industrial ammonia refrigeration and utility systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • •Advanced skills diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing high-speed manufacturing equipment.
  • •Experience with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • •Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturing specifications.
  • •Knowledge of piping systems and mechanical components, with basic arithmetic skills and ability to operate drilling and milling machines.
