Job Function: Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Key Responsibilities

•Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across Asia commercial teams, including pipeline management, forecasting, commission cycles, and quarterly business review cadences
•Manage Salesforce and connected commercial tools, and drive data hygiene, workflow automation, and reporting quality
•Partner closely with commercial, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless and effective workflows for the commercial organisation
•Identify high-leverage automation opportunities across the commercial workflow and build solutions using AI tools, agentic frameworks, and no-code or low-code platforms
•Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows that improve system efficiency, team productivity, and operational scalability
•Build practical AI productivity tools for commercial teams, drive adoption, and support consistent usage across the organisation

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or go-to-market operations, ideally in a high-growth technology or fintech environment
•Hands-on experience with Salesforce, with confidence working across flows, reports, and custom objects
•Demonstrated experience building with AI tools such as LLM APIs, automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Clay, or agent frameworks such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini
•Strong analytical skills, including SQL and experience with at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or an equivalent platform
•Structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear process, system, or automation solutions
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies
