Job Summary

Senior IT Services Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and improving Zopa’s workplace technology and identity platforms. You’ll own key IT platforms, drive automation and cross-functional projects, and collaborate with InfoSec, Networking, Platform Engineering, and Engineering to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable IT services from Canary Wharf/London. Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Zoom, Jamf, Jira, and Confluence — with a focus on automation, scalability, operational resilience, and service reliability.
•Work closely with InfoSec, Networking, Platform Engineering, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable IT services while championing innovation and continuous improvement.
•Operate as a senior technical contributor within IT Services, capable of leading technical delivery and maintaining operational continuity across critical services.
•Lead technical delivery across operational improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience in IT services, systems engineering, or workplace technology roles within complex enterprise environments.
•Strong operational experience across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Linux, and enterprise workplace technologies.
•Hands-on administration experience with Jira Software and Confluence, including workflows, permissions, automation, integrations, and governance.
•Strong experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta, including SSO, RBAC, lifecycle management, and conditional access.
•Experience automating operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting tools.
